You’ve been developing as a practitioner, but now you want to multiply your influence.

The APEST Equippers Community is designed for people who have a working knowledge of APEST, have started practicing APEST in their own context, but want to develop the skills and sensibilities for equipping others to be APEST practitioners, too.

The Coaching Journey

This ten month APEST Equippers Community has a total of five Modules that focus on developing mastery as an APEST trainer in theological, leadership, team, and organizational development. The final module leads you through a process of developing an APEST Equipping Track that you can use to train others in your context.

Coaching Calls

There are a total of 22 bi-weekly Zoom calls, each 6o minutes long, with 4-6 other participants. Each call consists of three 20 minute blocks:

Outcomes

Each coaching session is designed to cultivate seven developmental outcomes. Each outcome helps focus the goals of each coaching session, and provides a metric by which you can assess your own growth throughout the coaching experience. For more information on coaching outcomes, click here.
